Usage Agreement Between Customer and Travel222.com
The Travel222.com web site is offered to you, the customer, conditional on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices identified below. Your use of this Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Important Notice Regarding Reservations & Purchases
If this Web Site is used to make reservations and purchases, you acknowledge and agree as "the user" that it is your responsibility to read the suppliers rules, specific terms and disclaimers regarding that reservation or purchase which will be displayed on the reservation form. At the time the reservation is made, you will be asked to agree to those rules. If, after reading the terms and disclaimers, you do not agree to them, you will not be able to complete the reservation or purchase process.

Any reservations made by travel222.com that require additional attention from a booking agent are subject to the following fees.
$50 per person, for booking a reservation with 2 or more credit cards.
$50 per person, for all reservations paid with cash.
$50 per person, for any changes requested by a passenger to their reservation. (i.e. name change due to improper spelling, different departure date requested, incorrect departure/destination city or hotel,  incorrect input of Mr./Mrs. etc.)
$200 per person for any cancellations.  Please note that all booking are 100% non-refundable but in the event a wholesaler can give a refund, a $200 per person fee will be applied.
***These charges are addition to any fees levied by the wholesaler.

Age Restriction and User Responsibility
You, "the user", warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Web Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

You acknowledge and agree to be financially responsible and exclusively liable for all obligations incurred as a result of your use of the Travel222.com site, as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you. You agree to supervise all usage by minors of the Web Site under your name or account.

You also warrant that all information supplied by you, or members of your household, in using this Web Site are true and accurate.

Prices
All prices are in Canadian Funds unless other wise indicated.

All Reservations and prices listed on this web site are subject to availability and confirmation. Such confirmation will not be made until your reservation has been ticketed. Should the confirmed price differ from the price differ from the price listed on this web site travel222.com will notify you by e-mail the next business day of making the purchase. If you receive such notification the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by e-mail with confirmation of your intention to make the purchase at the confirmed price within a 24 hour period.

Hotel Reservations
If this site is used to make hotel reservations, a credit card is required to hold the reservation, and/or guarantee your room for late arrival, but will not be charged at the time of the reservation. Some "Special Internet Rates" do require that the hotel reservation be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellations
All vacation and airfare packages are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.  Travelers have the option of purchasing cancellation insurance, but are subject to the rules and regulations of their insurance company.  Any changes to a passengers file will be charged a fee of $50 in addition to any fees charged by the wholesaler.

In the event that it is necessary to cancel a hotel reservation made on-line, you must contact the hotel directly. It is advisable that you record the date of cancellation, the cancellation number, and the agent's name with whom the cancellation was made.  All hotel bookings are subject to the rules of that hotel.

Documentation
If is the responsibility of the passenger to have the required documentation for countries being visited. 

Car Rental Reservations
If this site is used to make car rental reservations, a credit card is required to hold the reservation, but will not be charged at the time the reservation is made. Rules for car rentals vary from car type to car type and company to company. Please carefully read the rules provided for on the reservation form to ensure there is no confusion at the time you pick-up or drop-off the vehicle.


Ticket Purchase and Delivery Options
Once you've completed your on-line purchase, you will receive an e-mail from TRAVEL222.COM acknowledging your purchase. Print this e-mail message as your receipt. On the next business day following your on-line purchase, you will receive information regarding when and how to expect your e-tickets or package documents.

If you purchased an insurance policy, you will receive your documents through regular mail. A complete booklet and personalized card will be sent to you. You should keep this card with you for the duration of your holiday.

For delivery of your documents, three options are available to you:

E-Tickets (electronic tickets) will be e-mailed to you along with a copy of your itinerary/receipt

Pick up at the airport

Insurance Protection
For each transaction made by Canadian residents, Ltd. offers insurance to cover you for anything that could happen prior to or during your holiday. At the time the reservation is made, you will be asked if you wish one of our travel consultants to contact you regarding the purchase of insurance or if you decline the purchase of insurance. You acknowledge that Travel222.com made this offer in good faith and that you are fully responsible for your decisions in regard to insurance (i.e. either not buying any insurance whatsoever or buying the full insurance package.)

Once you have booked a reservation, you may purchase travel insurance or increase the coverage of the insurance package you previously purchased within 24 hours.

In any and all situations that warrant filing an insurance claim, "the user" is instructed to contact Travel222.com as soon as possible.

For each transaction made by non-Canadian residents, you must contact a local company to purchase insurance packages.
