Ticket Information

Upon completion of your online purchase you will be provided with a confirmation page. Please print this page as it contains your file number and will act as your receipt.

Tour operators generally issue tickets 21 days prior to your departure date and then send them to us. For departures within 21 days tickets will be forwarded as soon as possible. Departures within 14 days must be airport pick-up.

One of our vacation specialists will email you to outline your ticket delivery and payment method. If you prefer an alternative method of delivery please inform us as soon as possible.

Airport Pick-up:
If you have selected the airport pick-up option your tickets will be sent to your departure city airport. All tickets must be picked up at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at the appropriate Tour Operator/Airline desk. Please ensure that you pick-up your tickets at the proper time as boarding may be denied if you do not allow sufficient time for ticket pick-up. Please note: When departure is within 14 days of the booking date, tickets will automatically be airport pick-up.

Office Pick-up:
If you live in the Vancouver, B.C. area you may also choose to pick-up your documents at our office. Once your tickets have been received in our office we will contact you to inform you your tickets are available for pick-up. Our address is 1001 G Austin Ave., Coquitlam, B.C.
